Job Description

Responsibilities

Concept, film, and edit short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
Stay on top of TikTok trends, formats, and sounds — proactively pitch ideas
Assist in building and executing content calendars and social campaigns
Capture in-office and lifestyle content (products, behind-the-scenes, team moments)
Translate product benefits into engaging, relatable content
Support creation of UGC-style content for ads and organic social
Identify and source new influencers to expand Purity’s influencer database
Organize, update, and maintain the influencer database
Manage communications with influencers before, during, and after campaigns
Conduct outreach and build relationships with potential influencer partners

Requirements

Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and social media culture
Familiarity with influencer platforms (e.g., Superfiliate, Euka)
Comfortable filming content or directing creative concepts
Strong aesthetic instincts and creative eye
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Interest or experience in influencer, affiliate, or social media marketing

Preferred

Experience launching new brands or digital storefronts
Exposure to supplement compliance and health claims in DTC environments
Experience integrating and optimizing subscription models
