Job Summary

Own end-to-end experiential production from brief through on-site delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, budgets, and timelines to ensure feasible, on-budget programs that meet client objectives.

On-site Execution & Vendor Management: Manage vendors, staff, safety, and site operations to deliver flawless events.
Production Planning & Budgeting: Turn concepts into production plans, schedules, and budgets with real-time cost tracking and cross-team coordination.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Risk Mitigation: Lead meetings, align scope and deliverables, and proactively flag production risks to stakeholders.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, production, and execution of experiential programs from brief to wrap.
Manage multiple programs and timelines with the ability to effectively forecast and track costs in real time, while collaborating closely with creative teams and fabrication shops to ensure designs are feasible and in budget
Own all onsite execution, including vendor management, staff oversight, safety procedures.
Manage production needs, including but not limited to fabrication, food and beverage, AV, operations, permits, logistics, travel, and staffing.
Support the account team during client presentations and status calls, confidently speaking on behalf of production by delivering proactive communication, setting realistic expectations, and providing solutions-oriented thinking.
Manage internal PO process and track costs in real time to ensure projects deliver within margin targets, while also leading all post-program budget reconciliation
Negotiate rates and contracts with vendors to deliver the best value.
Partner with Creative, Strategy, Accounts, and Operations to deliver exceptional work.
Oversee, mentor, and manage junior members of the production teams; delegate responsibilities effectively, and ensure work is upheld to company standards and processes
