Job Summary
Own strategic client engagements by shaping digital roadmaps, aligning cross-functional teams, and proving ROI through data-driven storytelling to expand wallet share.
- Strategic Leadership: Define digital marketing strategy across SEO, paid media, automation, content, and web development to meet client growth goals.
- Storytelling & Delivery: Translate data and research into compelling business cases and executive-ready presentations that win and renew opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Oversee end-to-end delivery with Creative, Development, and Account teams, monitor KPIs, and surface optimization opportunities.
Job Description
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding strategic direction and influencing key business decisions
- Lead the development of comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals and growth objectives
- Oversee strategy execution to ensure alignment with intended outcomes and measurable success
- Co-lead pitch efforts alongside the Creative Director to secure new business
- Develop and deliver persuasive, insight-driven presentations tailored to prospective clients
- Translate data, research and strategy into clear, compelling business cases focused on ROI and KPIs
- Partner with Creative, Development and Account teams to prioritize and execute strategic initiatives
- Provide clear direction through project briefs and collaborate with Project Managers to ensure seamless delivery
- Lead internal review and approval processes to ensure all deliverables meet strategic intent and client expectations
- Own performance outcomes by monitoring KPIs, ROI and campaign effectiveness
- Strong expertise across digital marketing channels: SEO, Paid Media, Marketing Automation, Social, Content and Web Development
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to “read the room” and adapt communication style
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, ad platforms, CMS and social media platforms
