Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the YMCA's mission and objectives, focusing on increasing membership, program participation, and community engagement.
- Lead the marketing team in creating compelling and effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure marketing efforts support organizational goals and enhance the YMCA's brand image.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in marketing strategies.
- Oversee the development and management of marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and media outlets to enhance the YMCA's visibility and reach.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications reflect the YMCA's values and commitment to diversity, inclusion, and community service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Experience in managing marketing teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial planning.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
