Upload social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, etc.) to our CMS system.
Create UTM links for content and ensure all content has appropriate trackability.
Keep your eye on the pulse of the social media landscape. What is exciting right now? We want you to share what you are seeing!
Participate in client calls, take detailed meeting notes, and ensure follow-up items are completed.
Help anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities to add value.
Assist in preparing client presentations, agendas, and monthly reporting.
Actively monitor client social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions.
Engage with followers in a timely and authentic manner, fostering positive relationships with the community.
Handle customer inquiries and escalate any issues to the appropriate team member when necessary.
Develop strategies to increase community engagement, foster loyalty, and drive brand advocacy.
