Job Summary

Own the end-to-end US activation calendar and seamless cross-channel campaigns for a global CPG brand, weaving ATL, BTL, and Experiential work into a single integrated plan with finance and agency partners.

Campaign Governance: Own annual tentpoles, calendars, and multi-agency collaboration to protect brand identity and budget.
Channel Orchestration: Align ATL/BTL/Experiential with global campaigns for American consumers and US-market execution.
Measurement & Resources: Track A/BTL initiatives and pull market insights to drive penetration and local relevance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the execution in excellence of the annual communication calendars that embody the long-term strategy making the best use of Heineken budgets and assets
Lead and ensure seamless integration of ATL, BTL and Experiential initiatives through radical collaboration with Heineken USA and Heineken Global team members.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure global campaigns are deployed in meaningful ways for American consumers.
Lead the creation of campaign-tentpoles every year, in collaboration with agencies and Heineken stakeholders.
Develop the brand’s Media Strategy in collaboration with the Media team and the sponsorship and activation strategies with the Partnerships team.
Ensure consistency with positioning and brand visual identity in all campaigns and communication channels.
Develop internal communications to maximize engagement with the brand and optimize execution across the US.
Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of all A/BTL initiatives, in a structured manner, to drive consumer penetration throughout the US, sourcing market-level insights from the organization and supporting locally relevant business needs.
Collaborate with peers and cross functional stakeholders – Media, PR, Trade, Commercial, Sponsorship, Legal, CMI – in developing solid strategies and executing seamless plans.
Manage the brands budget, considering reports, alignment with all agencies and internal teams + being the key point of contact for the Finance Team as well.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years’ experience managing integrated communication of a global CPG brand.
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Proven track record in project management, including development and deployment of complex campaign ecosystems through different stakeholders and agency partners.
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
Experience managing reporting dashboards
Experience with Nielsen and other syndicated data resources
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem-solving skills
Proximity to HUSA Office for hybrid work
