Job Description
Responsibilities
- Client Partnership: Serving as the primary point of contact, building trust by anticipating client needs and deeply understanding their brand positioning.
- Performance Strategy: Developing and leading multi-channel marketing strategies (PPC, Meta, Display) that drive measurable ROI and align with client KPIs.
- Integrated Collaboration: Working alongside SEO, Social, and Creative specialists to translate client briefs into cohesive, high-standard digital touchpoints.
- Account Health & Growth: Managing project scopes and budgets efficiently while proactively identifying opportunities to expand a client’s digital footprint.
- Team Mentorship: Providing clear direction and constructive feedback to junior team members, ensuring high-quality execution across all account deliverables.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of agency-side experience
- Managed multiple client accounts in the digital marketing space
- Multi-Discipline Knowledge of PPC, SEO, Display, Email, and Social Media Marketing
- A Natural Communicator comfortable leading client or internal teams
- The "Juggler" Mindset – proficient in project management across timelines and priorities
- Strategic Problem Solver – data-driven, independent decision maker
