Job Description

Responsibilities

Evaluate market dynamics and translate insights into marketing recommendations.
Supports execution of demand generation program tactics, such as social marketing, content creation, and event marketing.
Create localized narratives and ensure message consistency across touchpoints.
Partner with Demand Generation on integrated campaign development and execution.
Lead content adaptation, launches, events, partner marketing, and customer engagement.
Analyze results and optimize programs, channel mix, and investment.

Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience in field marketing, regional marketing, integrated campaigns, demand generation, or related disciplines.
Demonstrated experience independently developing and executing multi-channel programs.
Strong customer and market orientation with the ability to connect market needs to business priorities.
Knowledge of integrated campaign planning, localized activation, customer journeys, and channel strategy.
Ability to collaborate across Sales, Regional Leadership, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Solution Marketing, Demand Generation, Account-Based Marketing, Communications, and agency partners.
Ability to interpret campaign, channel, pipeline, and program performance and translate findings into recommendations.
Clear communication, project management, adaptability, stakeholder management, and disciplined execution.
