Own end-to-end SEO initiatives from research to reporting, driving content optimization, link building, and technical fixes while aligning with marketing and tracking impact.

Collaborate across teams to keep SEO aligned with marketing and industry trends

Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-volume search terms.
Optimize website content, including page titles, meta descriptions, header tags, and body copy, to improve search engine rankings.
Build high-quality backlinks from reputable websites to increase domain authority and improve search visibility.
Analyze website traffic and performance data using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to identify areas for improvement.
Monitor and analyze competitor SEO strategies to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure SEO efforts are integrated with other marketing activities.
Provide regular reports on SEO performance and progress.
Assist with the implementation of technical SEO recommendations, such as site speed optimization and schema markup.
Research and recommend new SEO tools and technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in SEO.
Proven track record of increasing website traffic through organic search optimization.
Experience with keyword research and analysis.
Experience with on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
Ability to develop and implement SEO strategies.
Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
