Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as the executive strategic lead across a portfolio of 8-10 enterprise B2B technology, AI and deep tech clients.
Deliver senior-level communications counsel aligned with clients' business objectives.
Guide integrated communications strategies spanning earned media, executive thought leadership, content development and corporate communications.
Oversee account health, ensuring exceptional client service, retention and profitability.
Partner with Account Directors and Senior Account Directors to establish clear team structures, priorities and career development opportunities.
Allocate hours for account teams on a monthly basis, encourage accurate Harvest reporting and monitor actuals to maintain a balance between client service and profitability.
Help lead and grow Bospar's Deep Tech and AI practice by identifying emerging trends, opportunities and best practices.
Partner with agency leadership to expand Bospar's presence within enterprise technology, AI and adjacent industries.
Collaborate with fellow Vice Presidents and senior leadership to identify opportunities for cross-functional growth, including healthcare technology.
Develop thought leadership, best practices and resources that strengthen Bospar's position as a leader in enterprise technology communications.
