Job Description

Drive high-impact marketing design for Ramsey Education, turning strategy into conversion-focused creative across paid media, email, and landing pages.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Marketing Designer supporting Ramsey Education, you’ll create high-impact, brand-aligned marketing campaigns that drive engagement and results across digital channels.
You’ll partner closely with marketers and copywriters to bring strategy to life through performance-driven creative in paid media, email, landing pages, and targeted campaigns.
Your work will play a key role in advancing Ramsey Education’s mission to equip high school students with practical financial education through both physical and digital products, so they are prepared to succeed in the real world.
Translate marketing strategies into compelling visual storytelling that resonates with educators and drives engagement.
Design high-performing creative across digital channels (paid media, landing pages, email, and account-based campaigns) that deliver measurable results.
Use data and testing insights to continuously improve conversion rates, engagement, and overall campaign performance.
Partner effectively with marketers and copywriters to bring campaigns to life with clarity and efficiency.
Apply Ramsey brand standards consistently, reflecting clarity, purpose, and conviction in every piece of work.
Create clear, engaging experiences that speak directly to teacher pain points and needs.
Bring ideas to the table, take ownership of your work, and push for better creative solutions.

Requirements

You have 6+ years of design experience, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
You are highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
You have experience designing paid ads, email marketing, and landing pages.
You understand performance marketing and know how to design creative that drives conversions and lead quality.
You have experience collaborating closely with marketers and copywriters to execute campaigns.
You can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality output.
You communicate your design decisions clearly and are comfortable asking questions or pushing back when needed.
You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates digital campaigns, performance-driven design, and marketing work.
