Job Summary

Own the end-to-end design of experiential campaigns by translating briefs into brand-aligned concepts and delivering production-ready assets across signage, packaging, social and digital, and presentation materials.

Lead concept development from brief to execution
Coordinate with cross-functional partners to meet timelines
Uphold brand standards and high typography and layout quality

Job Description

Responsibilities

Translate creative briefs into thoughtful, brand-aligned design solutions
Contribute ideas during brainstorms and kickoff meetings
Develop concepts from initial idea through final execution that meet experiential goals
Design files that are accurate, press-ready, and require minimal revisions across multiple mediums including:
Event signage and environmental graphics
Packaging and promotional materials
Social and digital assets
Presentation decks and pitch materials
Build production-ready files with correct specs, versioning, and handoff
Research client brands and understand visual systems and guidelines

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required, associates or bachelors degree preferred.
2 + years of professional experience in a similar role at an agency or experiential marketing firm
Portfolio required
Strong conceptual thinking and design execution
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
PowerPoint proficiency for client-facing decks
Strong attention to detail and time management
Clear communication and openness to feedback without ego
A valid driver's license and the ability to be covered under the Gratsy's insurance policy are required

Preferred

Shopper marketing or experiential design experience preferred
Familiarity and comfortability working with emerging AI platforms, included but not limited to Adobe Firefly and Chat GPT
Exposure to 3D rendering software (preferably Blender)
