Job Description

Responsibilities

Establish and manage project timelines, deliverables, and task ownership across clients
Coordinate event and meeting logistics — sourcing, room setup, food/beverage, audio-visual, and onsite execution
Facilitate advisory board attendee communication and surveys, and maintain recruitment/ engagement tracking
Lead team readiness for internal and client calls to keep project plans/deliverables on track
Monitor client and partner communications to ensure responses are thorough, accurate, and timely
Manage materials routing through client review — submission, status tracking, and dissemination to the team (Veeva PromoMats, etc)
Coordinate travel logistics and provide onsite support at conventions and client meetings

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
2+ years of relevant project management experience
Strong skills using Microsoft Office products
