Job Description

Responsibilities

Process improvement and operating systems. Audit and redesign the operational systems behind Growth Marketing, improving reporting, measurement, tooling, campaign workflows, and decision-making processes to increase speed and effectiveness.
Creative performance analysis. Analyze creative performance across paid channels to understand what drives business outcomes, identify winning patterns, and partner with Growth Marketing to improve testing strategy. This role focuses on measurement and insights—not campaign trafficking or media buying.
Cross-functional operating rhythm. Sit at the seam between Performance Marketing, Influencer, and in-house Creative teams. Drive alignment, make tradeoffs visible, and escalate when needed.
Reporting & creative performance measurement. Own the data infrastructure that powers Growth Marketing (Airtable, Sigma, Snowflake), partnering with Data to build scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks, automate reporting, improve data quality, define how paid creative performance is measured, identify trends across channels, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive creative investment, experimentation, and faster decision-making.
Lead cross-functional operational initiatives end-to-end. Scope the problem, build the plan, drive execution, report results. Be the DRI when a structural problem (localization, brand-fit auditing, attribution across creative variants) doesn't yet have one.
Net-new problems. As paid scales globally, you'll be the person solving the structural questions nobody's solved yet.

Requirements

4+ years of experience within performance marketing & operations at a high-growth consumer company.
Strong analytical judgment. You’re comfortable working with performance data directly, whether in SQL, BI tools, spreadsheets, ad platforms, or creative analytics tools.
A track record of building or rebuilding a system that scaled. This could be a tagging taxonomy, asset workflow, creative testing framework, automation pipeline, or reporting system.
Strong project management instincts. You’ve run complex cross-functional initiatives across technical and business teams.
Clear written communication. You can take a messy reality and turn it into a one-page recommendation a leader can act on quickly.
Operational instincts at scale. You’ve worked inside a team where spend, creative volume, or market complexity grew quickly, and you’ve felt the structural pain that comes with it.
Comfort with ambiguity. You can take a problem and turn it into a practical system the team actually uses.
Bias toward speed and iteration. You know when a scrappy system is good enough to ship and when something needs more rigor.

Experience supporting Growth Marketing organizations with $100M+ annual paid media budgets
You’ve questioned an existing approach at a prior company and built the replacement.
You’ve owned a budget or vendor relationship end-to-end.
