Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead Regional Sales & Marketing Teams
- Lead, coach and develop Online Sales and Marketing team members.
- Hold consistent coaching sessions focused on performance, growth and leadership development.
- Partner with Homebuilding leadership on recruiting, selection and onboarding.
- Optimize Customer Experience & Marketing Performance
- Improve the customer experience from lead generation through sale.
- Oversee digital advertising, online reputation, website content, community assets, photography, video and email marketing performance.
- Ensure marketing communications meet applicable industry and regulatory requirements.
- Drive Community Positioning & Sales Success
- Consult with division and sales leaders to build effective community positioning strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive sales, marketing, homebuilding or related leadership experience.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, online sales, customer experience and lead generation.
- Ability to use data, market insights and performance metrics to drive decisions.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, coaching, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to influence leaders and drive results across multiple functions and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Drug Testing and Credit Check are required.
