Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute paid search and Performance Max (PMax) strategies aligned with business growth goals.
Manage campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads.
Optimize audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative assets, and landing page experiences to improve performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign results, identifying opportunities to improve ROAS, lead quality, and customer acquisition.
Design and execute testing initiatives to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Partner with analytics, CRM, content, and SEO teams to leverage customer insights and attribution data.
Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership.
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities within the paid media landscape.
Own meaningful media budgets responsible for qualified leads, bookings, and revenue.
Manage conversion tracking and offline conversion integration.

Requirements

4+ years of paid search or performance marketing experience, either in-house or agency-side.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Performance Max, and Google Analytics (GA4).
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Passion for testing, optimization, and continuous learning

Preferred

Experience managing Google Shopping campaigns and feed management platforms such as Feedonomics, Productsup, or GoDataFeed.
Experience with attribution modeling, customer lifetime value analysis, or advanced audience segmentation.
Additional Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising certifications.
Travel, hospitality, or luxury brand experience.
