Support the development of digital creative assets including websites, email campaigns, display banners, and social media content
This is a production-oriented job. If you love making the donuts, you’ve found the right place.
Design and prototype user-facing experiences in Figma
Produce polished, on-brand assets using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Adapt and resize creative across multiple digital formats and platforms
Participate in brainstorms and contribute fresh ideas for campaign concepts
Maintain organized file structures and adhere to brand guidelines

Requirements

3-5 years of design experience, ideally in an agency or marketing environment
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite a must
Strong understanding of digital and social media creative formats
Eye for clean, modern design with attention to typography, layout, and color
Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback efficiently
Healthcare or regulated industry experience is preferred
Portfolio demonstrating digital-first creative work (websites, emails, banners, social)

Preferred

Experience with HTML/CSS basics
Familiarity with accessibility standards in digital design
Motion or animation skills in After Effects or similar
