Responsibilities

Own the Relationship: Act as the primary strategic partner for a diverse portfolio ranging from small to medium size early-stage biopharma to Fortune 500 pharma clients. They trust us because we tell them what they need to hear, not just what they want to hear.
Architect the Solution: Work hand-in-hand with our creative and dev teams to translate complex business problems into award-winning web and mobile products.
Drive Organic Growth: Because we are 100% referral-based, your "sales" tool is excellence. You’ll identify new opportunities within existing accounts by deeply understanding the client’s long-term roadmap.
Mentor & Mobilize: Help lead a collegial, high-energy team. We don’t do silos here. You’ll be expected to coach junior talent while also being willing to roll up your sleeves and "GSD" when a deadline looms.
Protect the Culture: We’ve built an agency where people actually like working. Part of your job is ensuring our "collegial, collaborative, and fun" environment stays intact even as we scale.

Requirements

The Experience: You must have 8+ years of experience in a digital agency environment working on pharmaceutical accounts , ideally across both DTC and HCP, leading multi-disciplinary teams.
The Digital Fluency: You speak "UX," "Agile," and "Digital Strategy" as a native language. You understand the lifecycle of a build from discovery to deployment.
The "Independent" Spirit: You thrive in a boutique environment. You don't need a manual; you prefer to build the manual.
The EQ: You have the emotional intelligence to navigate Fortune 500 stakeholders while keeping our internal team motivated and shielded from unnecessary "fire drills."
The Local Touch: You’re ready to be a presence in our Edison, NJ office—enjoying the boutique agency life without the NYC ego.
