Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement communication strategies that articulate the vision and priorities of the CSMO to key audiences including HARTING Technology Group Board members and shareholders, various levels of management, and to the broader employee base
Provide strategic narrative support and lead content development for executive presentations and speeches, ensuring executive partners’ goals are achieved in key settings (including annual International Management Meeting, annual sales kickoff meetings, etc.)
Collaborate with global and regional executive leaders when market research/intelligence findings are required to support strategic narrative presented
Support external communications, such as press releases, media statements, personal LinkedIn activity, and thought leadership pieces on behalf of the executive (Forbes business council etc.) to strengthen brand reputation – in partnership with Region and Global Marketing, as well as Global Corporate Communications & Branding
As bandwidth allows, provide executive communications templates and strategic narrative support to Sales Managing Directors and Americas Chief Operations Officer
Other duties as assigned.
Travel up to 10%.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in journalism, marketing or similar field
At least 5 years of experience involving corporate communications strategy & execution in a B2B environment
Expertise in PowerPoint
