Job Description
Responsibilities
- Under general supervision, work with the analysis team to research competitor activities, industry trends, performance metrics, and consumer behaviors to identify joint partner or channel opportunities that increase brand awareness and reach new markets.
- Collaborates with communication and marketing teams, to develop effective communication and marketing initiatives to support growth and expansion of products. Coordinate implementation of sales, acquisition programs, and campaigns.
- Establish cross functional internal and external relationships to grow program support and advocacy. Serves as day-to-day representative for communication between partners and the business development group.
- Gather and analyze sales data and marketing metrics to determine the effectiveness of marketing strategies or partnerships and measure the return on investment (ROI). Prepare various reports to include trends, performance metrics, and key data points.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Four years of experience in customer relationship marketing, sales, or analysis.
- Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in customer relationship marketing, sales, or analysis.
- Work – Onsite (HQ – Dallas, Texas)
