Job Summary
Own the workflow that keeps marketing copy on brand and on time while coordinating cross-functional content and assets across channels.
- Brand voice stewardship: maintain a consistent tone across campaigns, emails, print, and internal communications.
- Content coordination: manage calendars, digital displays, and asset organization to keep teams aligned and calendars accurate.
- Measurement-ready setup: create tracking links and UTMs to support campaign execution and enable later reporting.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the Sr. Marketing Manager in drafting, editing and proofreading marketing copy and collateral for campaigns, emails, push notifications, print materials and internal communications.
- Help maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice across external and internal marketing materials.
- Coordinate and distribute monthly internal presale marketing calendars to help teams stay informed and aligned.
- Schedule and maintain in-gym digital display content, review personal trainer content and update breakroom screens as needed.
- Support internal communications requests and help organize content and supporting materials for cross-functional teams.
- Audit online listings on a regular basis to help ensure accuracy, consistency and a strong brand presence across platforms.
- Assist with creating QR codes, UTMs and tracking links to support campaign execution and organization.
- Provide general department support, including project tracking, timeline updates and asset organization across marketing initiatives.
- Jump in on additional support tasks as needed based on team priorities and business needs.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, coordination or a related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Has experience with marketing tools, content platforms or link-tracking tools, or is eager to learn.
- Has a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
