Responsibilities

Manage client advertising accounts, including Yelp Ads, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and Local Services campaigns
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve results
Prepare and present campaign performance reports to clients
Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to ensure successful campaign execution
Conduct cold outreach to prospective clients through phone calls, email campaigns, networking, and other business development activities
Identify opportunities to expand and grow existing client accounts
Support client onboarding and relationship management
Assist with networking events and business development initiatives
Create or coordinate photo, video, and social media content when needed

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (required)
Strong communication and client relationship management skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate marketing data, interpret campaign performance metrics, and provide actionable recommendations
Understanding of digital marketing principles, advertising strategies, and campaign management
Passion for marketing, advertising, and helping businesses grow
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Experience in marketing, advertising, agency environments, or related industries is preferred
Experience with digital marketing platforms is a plus
