Job Summary

Job Description

Responsibilities

Support leadership with the coordination of active client projects and internal agency initiatives.
Participate in internal and client meetings, capture important action items, and help ensure follow-up items are completed.
Assist with project and account management activities, including tracking deadlines, deliverables, approvals, and outstanding client needs.
Help organize tickets, workflows, processes, and internal documentation to improve agency efficiency.
Support the development and coordination of social media, blog, newsletter, promotional, and other marketing content.
Conduct marketing, competitive, industry, and prospect research to support business development initiatives.
Assist with outreach, research, and preparation related to prospective clients and strategic opportunities.
Support agency events, webinars, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
Research and identify opportunities to initiate and expand the company’s use of AI across different business initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
Explore AI tools and workflows that can improve marketing, operations, research, content creation, project management, and internal processes.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field .
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Proactive and comfortable taking initiative rather than waiting for step-by-step direction.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and follow through on commitments.
Comfortable collaborating with different departments and communicating with leadership.
Interest in marketing, advertising, technology, agency operations, business development, and AI.
Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, content creation, or marketing technology is a plus.
Curiosity and willingness to independently learn new tools, platforms, and business concepts.
