Own end-to-end project management: kick-offs, scope, goals, and expectations with Brand Operations.
Schedule and coordinate delivery across creative, marketing, legal, and compliance in Jira.
Ensure asset quality and proper documentation; support video production and drive process improvements.

\nRequirements\n

3+ years of project management experience within an in-house creative/marketing team or agency with a degree in marketing, PR, finance, or a related field
Background in financial services or other regulated industries a plus
Proven ability to understand and translate the needs of marketing into actionable creative project plans
Hands-on experience across a variety of tech tools that keep creative work moving efficiently, including project management platforms (e.g. Jira), design software (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite), and AI tools (e.g. Claude, Glean)
Familiarity with technical creative specs across media channels
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
