Responsibilities

Work with agency leadership to lead the day-to-day management of a key animal healthcare account, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and on strategy
Bring deep knowledge and market insights to help client achieve their objectives
Collaborate with creative, strategy and media teams to bring ideas to life
Anticipate client needs, uncover new opportunities and contribute to organic growth
Balance big-picture thinking with hands-on project management
Mentor and motivate team members, fostering growth and curiosity

Requirements

Animal Health advertising experience highly preferred. You know the space, the stakeholders, and how to navigate its complexities
Minimum of five (5) years of account management experience in an advertising or integrated marketing environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related
Experience with branding and lead generation campaigns, plus a solid understanding of digital media
Proven success running integrated campaigns
Solid written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and a persuasive style
A collaborative spirit who upholds the standard for client relationships and facilitates internal teamwork
Must be located in commutable distance to Jacksonville
