Job Summary
Own and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns across Google (incl Performance Max and Shopping), Meta, Microsoft Ads, and emerging platforms; drive feed health and SEO-aligned strategy, oversee backlink and content opportunities, and lead creative testing and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities
- Google Ads including Performance Max, Search, and Shopping
- Google Merchant Center and product feed performance
- Meta Ads
- Microsoft Advertising (Bing)
- Reddit Ads
- Shop Campaigns and emerging platforms
- Budget allocation and scaling strategy
- Campaign structure, bidding, and targeting
- Creative testing in partnership with design and content teams
- Daily performance monitoring and optimization
Requirements
- 4+ years in ecommerce performance marketing
- Proven experience managing high-spend paid media accounts
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and Performance Max
- Hands-on experience with Google Merchant Center and product feeds
- Strong working knowledge of Semrush and Google Search Console
- Experience with Microsoft Advertising and expanding into new channels
- Solid understanding of SEO, backlinking, and technical site health
- Experience with email segmentation and lifecycle marketing strategy
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to move fast and make decisions
