Job Summary

Own guest engagement and trial ownership sales within a hospitality oriented vacation ownership setting, driving experiences, service excellence, and membership offers to hit sales and visitation goals.

Guest Experience & Events: coordinate welcoming experiences and memorable moments for Owners and potential Owners.
Trial Ownership & Benefits: communicate trial program value and special offers to convert interest into memberships.
Team & Policy Execution: engage colleagues professionally, uphold safety and policies, and push toward team targets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

As a Coordinator Marketing Encore, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together.
Engage with guests and potential Owners while providing elevated customer service.
Offer specially priced trial membership packages.
Effectively communicate the benefits of trial ownership and special offers.
Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
Contribute to team goals.
Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

A Real Estate License may be required at some locations depending on state laws.
Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
