Job Summary

Own development and upkeep of field enablement tools and sales collateral, while steering launches, training, and regional adaptations.

Lead development and maintenance of the field enablement toolkit
Coordinate collateral production, launch materials, and field feedback through the Commercial Marketing lifecycle

Job Description

Responsibilities

Support development and maintenance of the field enablement toolkit, including sell-in tools, one-pagers, talk tracks, etc.
Coordinate production of sales collateral and launch materials supporting new product introductions and seasonal campaigns
Ensure all field and patient-facing materials use approved, claims-cleared language; route new claims or copy questions through the appropriate review process before distribution
Gather field input on tool needs and route requests through the Commercial Marketing team for prioritization
Assist with development of patient-facing tools and collateral that support in-office conversion
Support production of account marketing resources and account program materials that help physician practices grow their ZO business
Coordinate customization requests for account-level materials in partnership with Creative
Support execution of in-clinic display programs and merchandising standards
Assist with merchandising display content development, refreshes, and field audits
Track display inventory and coordinate replenishment with the field

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, trade, or field marketing
Experience supporting the development of sales enablement tools, collateral, or merchandising materials
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management and proofing tools (Monday.com, Ziflow) and asset management platforms a plus
Experience in skincare, aesthetics, or beauty industries preferred
Experience with design a plus
