Responsibilities

Senior Omnichannel Strategy Leadership
Lead omnichannel strategy across complex brands, portfolios, launches, or priority client engagements.
Ensure high-level brand strategies are translated into clear behavioral objectives, communications strategies, customer journeys, and activation plans.
Challenge teams to maintain customer- and behavior-led planning rather than channel-first or tactic-first thinking.
Establish a coherent strategic narrative connecting business objectives, customer needs, barriers, content, channels, data, tactics, and measurement.
Identify gaps, redundancies, conflicts, and opportunities across the broader omnichannel ecosystem.
Provide senior strategic oversight and quality control across oCX workstreams.
Executive Client Counsel
Serve as a trusted senior omnichannel advisor to marketing leaders and other client stakeholders.
Provide informed perspectives on customer engagement, content strategy, journey design, channel orchestration, personalization, data, measurement, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

10+ years’ experience in Engagement Strategy or Customer Experience Strategy within an advertising agency environment
Prior experience working with pharmaceutical clients and knowledge of regulatory issues and the medical professional omnichannel ecosystems are required. Oncology or Rare Disease experience is highly desirable.
Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting in high pressure situations; multiple years’ experience presenting in new business pitch settings.
Must be a good active listener, with a collaborative working style.
Ability to independently run workshops in Zoom, Stormz, Miro, and/or other online collaboration platforms preferred, and to train others how to do so as well

Preferred

Oncology or Rare Disease experience is highly desirable.
