Verify corrections and retest completed work when required.
Track recurring errors and prepare quality summaries that show trends, defect types, and improvement opportunities.
Communicate findings clearly and objectively to the team responsible for correction.
Support calibration, checklist updates, and process improvements that reduce repeated quality issues.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail, consistency, documentation, and objective review skills.
Comfort working with quality checklists, spreadsheets, issue trackers, or review systems.
Ability to apply written standards consistently and explain findings clearly.
Good judgment when distinguishing minor errors from material quality issues.
Reliable follow-through on rechecks, corrections, and recurring quality reports.
A pre-employment background check is required.
