Job Description

Responsibilities

Own influencer partner recommendations, campaign briefs, and messaging
Develop timelines and ensure clear communication to internal teams and creators
Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships to ensure financially sound deals
Manage campaigns in CreatorIQ and track progress with reporting
Ensure on-time delivery of contracted content and alignment with client goals
Apply client and FTC guidelines to maintain quality and compliance
Oversee influencer invoicing, out-of-pocket budgets, and payments

Requirements

1+ years experience in an advertising or agency setting
Approximately 2-4 years’ applicable experience; agency experience preferred
Strong project management abilities and skills
Solution-oriented mindset
Prior experience with influencer management platforms such as CreatorIQ, Captiv8, or similar
Experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams
Skilled with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to organize and prioritize large amounts of information and multiple campaigns
Strong attention to detail and personal accountability
Team- and people-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
Ability to be self-sufficient while reliable across communication channels

Preferred

Agency experience is preferred
