Quarterly Strategy: create personalized targets and roadmaps for existing affiliates.
Landing Pages & Offers: orchestrate affiliate pages and predefined offers for higher conversion.
Marketing Alignment: integrate affiliate activities with the broader marketing strategy.
Opportunity Sourcing: identify out-of-the-box affiliate opportunities to expand HighLevel’s presence.
Reactivation & Scaling: collaborate on nurturing and scaling existing affiliates.
Events & Partnerships: source and optimize in-person events to build partnerships.
Data & Planning Mindset: leverage data to plan, analyze outcomes, and justify actions.
