Job Summary
Drive social content ideation and influencer collaboration in Fossil Group’s brand-marketing internship, with hands-on project work and cross-functional collaboration.
- Support planning, light copywriting, and campaign recap reporting.
- Must-have: Currently pursuing a Marketing/Brand/Communications degree.
- Collaborate on presentations and capstone deliverables within a cross-functional team.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support social content ideation, planning, and light copywriting
- Monitor TikTok, Instagram, and emerging trends; pitch timely ideas
- Research and identify influencers; support outreach and coordination
- Assist with product seeding, campaign tracking, and recap reporting
- Monitor community sentiment and support engagement opportunities
- Participate in mentorship, workshops, and a final capstone presentation
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, Business, or a related field
- At least 18 years old by the start of the program
- Excited to work in-person at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote)
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and influencer culture (required)
- Passionate about branding, storytelling, and consumer experience
- Interested in fashion, lifestyle, and brand storytelling
- Creative, organized, and proactive with strong communication skills
Preferred
- Experience creating content; basic video editing skills preferred
