A Strategic Architect: design and execute a regional roadmap to drive brand awareness and destination tourism growth.
Client and Stakeholder Management: act as trusted advisor with high-level management and host monthly review meetings.
An Expert Mentor & Director: oversee two Account Executives, translate briefs into guidance, and mentor them to reach potential.
Operational & Project Oversight: ensure gold-standard delivery through execution oversight, performance optimization, and final approval of client-facing reports.
Strategic Navigation: pivot strategies under pressure and escalate blockers to the CEO to maintain a resilient agency-client relationship.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Marketing, Public Relations, or Advertising.
Bilingual Proficiency: English and Mandarin Chinese professional business-level copywriting skills.
Location & Availability: Regular Seattle Downtown office visits and Hybrid work model with core project delivery availability.

Preferred

Strong understanding of Taiwan culture is preferred.
