Job Description

Responsibilities

Own end to end GTM (go-to-market) activation for business initiatives from approval through national launch.
Translate marketing strategy into detailed execution plans across every guest touchpoint and marketing channel.
Develop integrated launch plans that align marketing, operations, digital, technology, training, communications, supply chain, finance, and restaurant teams.
Ensure every initiative is guest-centric, operationally executable, and delivered with excellence.
Ensure consistent execution across in-Shack, kiosk, app, web, third-party delivery, CRM, media, packaging, merchandising, training, and restaurant operations.
Coordinate launch readiness across every guest touchpoint to create a seamless omnichannel experience, including documenting an omni-channel GTM plan.
Partner with Digital Product and Technology teams to ensure digital experiences support business objectives.
Partner closely with Brand Marketing teams to ensure execution reflects the intended guest experience.
Serve as the central point of coordination across key approved workstreams.
Establish an evolved GTM process including integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and decision logs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, commercialization, project management, product marketing, or cross-functional business leadership.
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through launch
Exceptional organizational and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience navigating ambiguity while driving alignment across multiple teams.
Strong attention to detail without losing sight of broader business objectives.

Preferred

Restaurant, hospitality, retail, or consumer packaged goods experience.
Experience commercializing digital products, loyalty programs, menu innovation, or promotional campaigns.
Experience working closely with Operations, Technology, Product, and Supply Chain organizations.
PMP certification or experience with formal project management methodologies is a plus.
MBA preferred but not required.
