Job Summary
Own the resident experience and leasing operations for a multifamily community, coordinating marketing, tenant relations, and turn programs to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.
- Leasing Operations: manage leads, tours, applications, turn logistics, and resident interactions to convert inquiries into leases.
- Marketing Collaboration: partner with GM and marketing to execute brochures, ads, and media plans that support occupancy goals.
- Community Operations: oversee opening/closing of spaces, package tracking, and ongoing resident service needs.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop professional, service-based relationships with our clients, resident and vendors, working to anticipate their needs and want as individuals
- Follow all fair housing standards in all matters
- Responsible for opening and closing procedures of community spaces including clubhouse, fitness center, coffee bar, and community market
- Effectively lease apartments responding to internet leads, answer prospect calls, schedule appointments, conduct property tours, and promote community features
- Manage and maintain all incoming leasing applications
- Work with General Manager and corporate marketing team to create a marketing plan including brochures, internet advertising, corporate housing, print, and media
- Conduct market surveys on regular basis
- Maintain and track the turn and make ready process
- Assist with leasing and resident activities and branding of the overall community
- Embrace and assist with resident interactions
Requirements
- Associates’ degree preferred
- High school diploma required
- 1-2 years’ experience in the apartment or leasing hospitality— Required
- Active knowledge of online Social Media and social presence avenues
- Experience with Canva, Instagram, and/or Facebook—Preferred
- Experience in Yardi or Entrata—Preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
