Job Description

Own the paid and partner growth engine across multi-channel media with an eye on efficient CAC, solid ROAS, and increasing LTV.

Growth Infrastructure: Own the full-funnel performance strategy across Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliate, Podcast, CTV/OTT, and emerging channels.
Measurement & Attribution: Build and evolve a rigorous testing and attribution framework with dashboards for CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback periods.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with Ecommerce, CRM, Creative Strategy, and Brand on promotions, launches, landing pages, and lifecycle plans to support acquisition and retention.
Budget & Forecasting: Plan multi-million dollar budgets and optimize for ROAS, CAC, LTV, and profitability against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Creative & Asset Strategy: Partner with Creative and Brand to develop performance-minded briefs and asset roadmaps that drive CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
Channel Optimization: Translate performance data into clear recommendations for senior leadership and guide next-step strategies across channels.
Vendor & Agency Management: Oversee relationships with agencies and partners, ensuring clear goals and ongoing improvement in execution and testing.
Channel Expansion & Pilots: Identify and validate new channels and run pilots for emerging platforms and acquisition opportunities before scaling.
Dashboarding & KPIs: Build dashboards and KPI frameworks that illuminate CAC, ROAS, LTV, cohort performance, and payback.
Omnichannel Activation: Support retail and omnichannel initiatives with paid media and retail networks to drive ecommerce and in-store demand.
