Job Summary

Build and own the end-to-end production engine for large experiential and influencer programs, aligning multi-project delivery, team capability, and on-site execution to deliver safe, high-quality experiences.

Production leadership: standardize workflows, timelines, and best practices across programs.
Team leadership: mentor Production Manager and logistics lead, ensure workload alignment and talent development.
On-site execution and risk: manage activations, permits, safety, and escalation of production risks.

Job Description

Responsibilities

- End-to-end production oversight for large experiential and influencer programs. - Establish and enforce production standards, workflows, timelines, and best practices across the client program. - Manage multiple concurrent projects ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency. - Lead client meetings as senior production lead, providing clarity and solutions. - Serve as escalation point for production risks, challenges, and decisions. - Directly manage and mentor a Production Manager and Senior Traffic and Logistics Coordinator. - Ensure the team is set up for success across timelines and deliverables. - Coach, give feedback, and develop production talent to elevate output. - Foster a collaborative, accountable, and solutions-oriented team culture. - Produce select experiential activations when needed, owning timelines, budgets, logistics, and execution. - Oversee vendor sourcing, fabrication, staffing, permits, insurance, and on-site operations when producing directly. - Ensure events meet safety, compliance, and quality standards.
