Responsibilities

Strategic Judgment, Insight & Continuous Improvement - Understand the spirit and intent of policies and processes by exercising sound judgment and structured decision‑making to navigate ambiguity, manage risk, and keep work moving forward without unnecessary escalation.
Demonstrate critical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills; produce clear, concise, and persuasive written and verbal communications; and enhance stakeholder communications with insights and actionable recommendations.
Provide solutions and contingency plans to facilitate business success; exerts appropriate authority for process exceptions; holds self‑accountable for results; and brings innovative approaches to project challenges.
Use data, metrics, and insights to inform decisions, proactively solve problems, and improve operational outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes, enhancing ways of working, and sharing best practices and lessons learned across teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; graduate degree a plus.
3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with demonstrated understanding of promotional review processes and compliance-regulated environments.
Strong proficiency in Veeva PromoMats and familiarity with AI-enabled tools in marketing or compliance workflows.
Proven ability to manage complex processes, tight timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience partnering effectively with Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, and Legal teams.
Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills with a focus on driving clear decisions and outcomes.
Agile, continuous-improvement mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Preferred

Graduate degree is a plus.
