Job Description

Responsibilities

Draft press releases and quotes.
Pitch student reporters at SUNY's campuses.
Monitor social media and news coverage for major announcements from SUNY system and campuses and share with press and social team to amplify.
Using Meltwater to monitor and include stories in SUNY clips.
Update media lists and key campus contacts.
Conduct research for briefings to the Chancellor.
Assist in developing Chancellor events on campus.
Deliver assignments on deadline.

Requirements

Current SUNY student in any relevant field of study.
Must be available to work on-site at the SUNY System Administration building in Albany, NY.
