Job Description

Responsibilities

Leasing & Marketing Execution: Drive all on-site marketing efforts with a focus on leasing performance and resident retention
Partner with the leasing team to support traffic generation, tours, and conversion goals
Execute marketing strategies that align with occupancy and leasing targets
Events & Community Engagement: Lead all on-site and off-site marketing events from ideation to execution and promotion
Plan and execute brand partnership events (e.g., fitness classes, local collaborations, community activations)
Assist with the execution of housing fairs and other key leasing events
Own the planning, coordination, and reporting of all resident events to enhance the resident experience and retention
Partnerships & Outreach: Act as the primary liaison for Greek life and student organizations
Build and maintain relationships through chapter visits, coffee chats, sponsorships, and campus involvement
Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive traffic

Requirements

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred
0–2 years of experience in marketing, events, brand partnerships, or related field
Experience in student housing leasing or marketing preferred
Experience planning events, managing partnerships, or leading campus/student organization initiatives is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with excellent time management
Detail-oriented with the ability to execute at a high level
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience in student housing leasing or marketing preferred
Experience planning events, managing partnerships, or leading campus/student organization initiatives is a plus
