Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with school districts, educational organizations, healthcare providers, and community referral sources throughout New Jersey.
Promote Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare's services through outreach, networking, presentations, and community engagement events.
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners, referral sources, and business opportunities.
Generate and nurture referrals while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and recommend outreach strategies.
Represent Neuropath at conferences, provider fairs, school events, and other networking opportunities.
Collaborate with leadership, clinical, and operations teams to support successful partnership implementation.
Maintain accurate CRM records, outreach activities, referral tracking, and monthly performance reports.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Neuropath's services, mission, and value proposition.
Travel throughout New Jersey to cultivate partnerships and support business development initiatives.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Ability to travel extensively throughout New Jersey.
Ability to occasionally work evenings and weekends for networking events and conferences.
Ability to professionally represent Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare at all times.
Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to meet business development goals.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Successfully complete all required State and Federal background checks.
