Job Summary

Own and drive community outreach and referral relations through live events, in-home assessments, and presentations, reporting on activities and growing presence in three key areas.

Build and cultivate relationships with referral sources and community partners
Track activities, results, and client signings to report progress
Lead in-home assessments and close clients while expanding geographic coverage

Job Description

Responsibilities

Deliver best-in-class, mission-driven live events/experiences i.e. networking groups, health fairs, and other outreach activities
Cultivate and create relationships with key referral sources and community partners.
Maintain a database of contacts, track sales efforts, and report on activities and results.
Conduct presentations, face-to-face meetings, phone calls, events, etc. with prospects and current referral sources to share information about Synergy HomeCare
Conduct in-home assessments and sign clients
Support and grow our presence in three key geographic areas

Requirements

You have a High School Diploma or GED.
You have at least four years of outside sales experience, event planning, or experience in a position with similar responsibilities
You have proven success in building relationships that contribute to achieving organizational and revenue goals
You are an active listener and an effective communicator, and you have excellent interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, self-initiator with ability to thrive with minimal direct supervision
