Job Summary

Own the platform growth engine for edX with hands-on leadership over traffic, acquisition, and conversion, while building an in-house marketing function and SEO discipline.

Growth ownership: drive platform traffic, learner acquisition, and enrollment conversion with cross-channel discipline.
Capability building: define the org structure, hire key roles with the CMO, and scale in-house marketing for the platform.
Lifecycle and experimentation: establish programs from discovery to enrollment and partner with product/analytics on measurement and tests.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or digital marketing leadership
Experience leading growth for an international consumer marketplace, digital platform, or large-scale content site
Demonstrated success driving organic traffic growth and customer acquisition at scale
Deep experience with SEO, organic discovery, and performance marketing channels
Experience managing marketing budgets and acquisition efficiency (CAC)
Experience building and scaling high-performing marketing teams
We will prioritize those who live in the Washington-Baltimore metropolitan area and who are available to come into our Headquarters in Arlington, VA two days a week.
