Job Description
Responsibilities
- Corporate Brand & Reputation
- - Own and evolve Alight’s enterprise corporate brand strategy, including positioning, messaging architecture, brand identity, and brand governance.
- - Lead reputation management efforts to strengthen trust with external stakeholders and employees.
- - Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all corporate communications and channels.
- - Lead evolution of the brand, and brand modernization efforts.
- Public Relations & Investor Relations Communications
- - Oversee Public Relations and Investor Relations communications strategy and execution.
- - Drive proactive media engagement, executive thought leadership, and issues management.
- - Partner closely with Legal, Finance, and executive leadership on earnings-related communications and market-facing narratives.
- - Lead crisis communications and reputation risk management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing, corporate communications, or brand leadership roles.
- 7+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Extensive experience leading enterprise brand, corporate marketing, or communications functions.
- Proven success managing people, agencies, and complex, high-visibility initiatives.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Virtual-first environment with collaboration across global teams.
- Highly visible role with regular interaction with executive leadership.
- Occasional travel for leadership meetings, media engagements, and company events.
Preferred
- Master’s degree or equivalent advanced experience.
- Experience in B2B, professional services, technology, or regulated industries.
- Direct experience partnering with investor relations and executive leadership teams.
- Experience leading communications during periods of transformation or growth.
