Job Description

Responsibilities

Supervise and coach Marketing Specialists, assign workload, and support the development of professional skills and competencies.
Translate institutional priorities into actionable marketing strategies and integrated campaigns that support student recruitment and engagement.
Coordinate with creative, digital, and media teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet brand standards.
Manage campaign budgets, vendor contracts, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility and impact.
Serve as the primary contact for campus leadership, ensuring marketing strategies are aligned with institutional objectives.
Provide reporting and insights on campaign outcomes, including return on investment and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

Five to seven years of progressively responsible marketing experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
Demonstrated leadership in campaign strategy, budget management, and staff development.

Preferred

Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience leading complex, multi-channel campaigns in higher education or comparable settings.
