Job Description
Role supports daily operations, media production, and thought leadership for the founder, with hands-on content creation and logistics across podcasts and social media.
- Film, edit, and publish short-form content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Capture day-to-day content including meetings, travel, events, and lifestyle moments
- Manage and produce content
- Research, outreach, and scheduling of podcast guests
- Coordinate podcast recordings and production logistics
- Secure guest appearances on aligned podcasts and media platforms
- Coordinate with publicist and PR partners
- Draft articles and editorial-style content
- Assist in coordinating the build-out and launch of a new website
- Manage scheduling, travel coordination, and logistics
