Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute an integrated U.S. market marketing strategy aligned with regulatory frameworks and business objectives.
Build brand positioning centered on institutional trust, compliance, and innovation.
Define multi-year growth roadmap including user acquisition, retention, and ecosystem expansion.
Lead paid acquisition (Google, Meta, X, programmatic, affiliate, etc.) with CAC and LTV optimization.
Establish KPI frameworks including conversion funnel metrics, ROI modeling, attribution architecture.
Oversee lifecycle marketing (email, CRM automation, segmentation, retention strategy).
Design go-to-market campaigns targeting hedge funds, family offices, asset managers, and crypto-native institutions.
Create thought leadership strategy (whitepapers, research reports, executive content).
Manage industry events, conferences, and strategic sponsorships.
Build corporate brand identity and messaging architecture.

Requirements

10+ years of marketing leadership experience in fintech, digital assets, asset management, or regulated financial services.
Proven track record scaling early-stage or growth-stage companies in the U.S. market.
Deep understanding of U.S. regulatory landscape impacting crypto and financial marketing.
Strong command of performance marketing analytics and attribution modeling.
Experience marketing to institutional investors strongly preferred.
Executive presence with ability to represent the company publicly.
Experience in crypto exchange, custody, DeFi infrastructure, or institutional trading platforms.
Familiarity with SEC/FINRA-compliant marketing frameworks.
