You will own the delivery of outbound student recruitment communications and lead the CRM strategy and team to drive recruitment conversions.

Manage the CRM budget, deliver actionable insights, and advise stakeholders on CRM plans

Job Description

Responsibilities

The CRM Manager leads the delivery of all outbound student recruitment communications, overseeing planning, execution, and optimisation across admissions, marketing, events, and direct mail.
They also drive the development of the University’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system, working with stakeholders across IT and the wider University to enhance functionality and support student recruitment objectives.
Managing the CRM team, ensuring workloads are effectively coordinated and conversion targets achieved, while providing guidance, practical solutions, and stakeholder influence to address complex challenges.
Creating new style CRM reporting, assessing stakeholder needs, analysing performance and conversion data, and delivering insights to inform and continuously improve recruitment communications strategies.
Managing a delegated CRM budget to maintain a suite of contracted operational systems which offer good return on investment (in consultation with the Head of UK Student Recruitment) and ensure that web and email content (e.g. photos, videos, student profiles etc.) is engaging, fresh and accurate through commissioning photo shoots, video production, etc.
Designing, developing and delivering the strategy for developing the University’s use of the CRM system, liaising with colleagues across the division as needed.
Giving marketing and conversion advice to University stakeholders, leading on the creation and improvement of CRM communications plans, tailored to the needs of each audience and University activities such as events.

Requirements

Experience of planning and progressing a structure communications plan to a variety of audience segments.
Extensive experience working with CRM systems.
First rate people skills, including the ability to interact and negotiate with people at all levels.
Excellent attention to detail.
