Job Summary

Own product marketing for Republic Services products with a sharp focus on profitable growth through market insights and cross-functional alignment.

Growth ownership: own value proposition and messaging shaped by market insights and competitive intelligence.
Cross-functional leadership: advocate for product in Sales, Insights, IM, Brand and GTM and align collateral and training.
Performance focus: track KPI metrics across financial, technical, operational, and customer satisfaction to steer decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Product marketing owner of select Republic Services products; charged with delivering profitable revenue growth through ongoing assessment of product needs, capabilities, reporting, and market insights.
Organizational advocate for select products in developing sales collateral, internal communications, awareness programming, training programs and online tools.
Collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Insights, Integrated Marketing, Brand Management, and Go-to-Market teams.
Monitors, analyzes, and leverages market research, industry trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify the most effective product value propositions, drive decision making, develop appropriate product metrics and goals, and create sustained competitive advantages.
Tracks and analyzes product performance across KPI metrics, including financial, technical, operational, and customer satisfaction data.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years working in marketing, sales or related field.
At least 3 years of prior experience in marketing, sales or other related business fields
Experience with marketing strategy and implementation including market research, product messaging, promotion and customer retention strategies.
Experience developing positioning, messaging, or collateral that drove a measurable improvement in product performance.
Proven ability to define and execute strategic positioning
Strong track record in leveraging competitive strategy and customer insights to drive growth
