Coordinate inputs, approvals, and timelines across cross-functional teams for multiple campaigns
Partner with communications, marketing, and creative stakeholders to ideate and refine social content
Concept and produce social-first content, including basic visual assets and short-form video
Apply generative AI tools and prompting techniques to optimize copy and content workflows
Monitor channels for performance and brand conversation, escalating insights as appropriate
Identify opportunities for new content formats and recurring series across earned and owned channels
Contribute to a broader creative team rethinking Moody’s digital presence

Requirements

6-9 years of experience developing and executing social media strategies across major platforms
Strong project management to run multiple campaigns with timelines and approvals
High level of creative thinking to ideate campaigns aligned to business objectives
Hands-on experience creating/editing basic visual assets and short-form video; portfolio required
Excellent writing and editorial judgment tailored to platforms and audiences
Proficiency in AI concepts with hands-on experience using generative AI and prompting
Analytical mindset with ability to review performance metrics and trends
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, digital media, or related field, or equivalent experience

Preferred

Experience in highly regulated organizations is a plus
Familiarity with AI-assisted content workflows and responsible AI use
